Chris Woods is absolutely professional, creative, and a total workhorse. From his gorgeous design work to the day of execution - there’s no one else that you would want on your side. He perfectly planned and organized the wedding rehearsal while planning last-minute details for the big day, and expertly made the ceremony and reception dream!
Not to mention, his amazing energy and personality brings an ease to the chaos that the big day can bring.

We want to give our highest recommendation of Chris! His style and design sense with our decor, centerpieces, and all of the small details was invaluable. The way he set everything up was even better than what I had pictured in my head, and his resourcefulness with reusing flowers and other decor elements throughout the day was pure genius! We even had to pivot from outdoor to indoor dancing due to weather, and he came through with an amazing indoor setup! It made our sadness and frustration that things weren’t going the way we wanted fade away, and it turned out great! His presence throughout the day made our entire wedding go so smoothly. Chris was great, absolutely clutch. My only regret is that we didn't involve him earlier in the process. We cannot express enough gratitude for what Chris accomplished on our wedding day. He singlehandedly made the day go off without a hitch. Without Chris, there's a significant chance the ceremony and reception would not have happened, or at the very least, would have been considerably delayed and chaotic. He showed up to the venue the morning of our wedding and promptly staged and organized everything for both the ceremony and reception areas. The venue was supposed to take care of all logistics regarding set-up, but the staff didn’t show up until an hour before the ceremony. When Chris realized the venue wasn't going to be able to deliver on their end, he took the reins and personally set up everything to ensure it was as beautiful and picturesque as possible. Chris meticulously handcrafted all the décor, enhanced the flower arrangements, and transformed the venue spaces into immaculate scenes beyond anything we could have ever imagined. His fervent dedication to his craft is unmatched, and his undying commitment to ensure we enjoyed our special day was priceless and so meaningful. We had such an incredibly fun, memorable experience all thanks to Chris. We could not have done it without him.

All it took was one casual sit-down to discuss our needs, aesthetics, and ideas and from there everything just clicked. Every concern and last-minute adjustment was addressed quickly and professionally even leading up to the day of the event.

We had the absolute pleasure and blessing of Chris Woods as our wedding organizer and planner. Chris was an outstanding coordinator, communicator, and executor of a wedding more magnificent than we could have ever dreamed of. In the four years since our wedding, we have had dozens of guests who attended this wedding tell us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We know this is not a compliment given in vain, and we truly believe this is due to Chris’ meticulous attention to detail, artistic vision, and impeccable planning. He created for us the happiest best day of our lives, we couldn’t image a more perfect day and we’re forever grateful to Chris for delivering that bliss.
In the early planning stages, Chris was an integral component of ensuring we covered all anticipated and unanticipated needs. Chris was able to foresee potential challenges and offer solutions immediately. We had an outdoor wedding at a large group campsite, and Chris suggested reserving additional campsites for friends who might want to retire earlier in the night. Many of our friends were grateful to have a quiet place to sleep that evening away from our late-night festivities.
In our reception layout, Chris was able to envision an arrangement that was practical, and fluid for traffic, and ensured our couple's table was in the prime location for speeches, toasts, and our ability to see our guests. He even surprised us the day of with upgrades to our chairs, and additional hand-crafted decorations.
As the leader of executing our celebration, Chris did a phenomenal job delegating tasks to the support staff. He was kind, gracious, and uplifting through the whole process. He treated all vendors respectfully and supported them in any way possible. We also trusted his judgment when he recruited the additional support staff that was needed to ensure our wedding ran smoothly.
Without Chris, undoubtedly our wedding would not have had the extra magic sparkle that makes our wedding guests continue to gush. Chris loves to bring people together for celebrations and his joyful attitude made every step of our planning process easeful. We are eternally grateful to him for his tremendous efforts that made our special day so fantastic and memorable.
